The candidate will be responsible for managing production activities, handling machining projects, and ensuring smooth shop floor operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of machining processes and production planning.

• Handle daily production planning and execution
• Manage machining projects and operations
• Monitor CNC/VMC machining processes
• Ensure production targets, quality, and delivery timelines
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and stores teams
• Improve productivity and reduce downtime
• Lead and guide shop floor team
